How to report an issue on a show or movie page?

BetaSeries relies on the schedules from TheTVDB for shows. If a show hasn't been updated on that site, it isn't updated on BetaSeries either. However, nothing prevents you from signing up on TheTVDB, which is a collaborative site, and filling in the missing episodes. You'll find more information about TheTVDB on our forum.

If the page on TheTVDB is up to date but the one on BetaSeries isn't, you can request a forced update by tapping the "Request an update" button available in the options of the show's page. Depending on the work in progress, the update may take a few minutes. If it still hasn't been done after a few hours, feel free to report the problem to us using the "Report a problem" option on the show's page.

Movie pages use the community-based database TheMovieDB. You can create a free account on TheMovieDB and make any updates you think are needed. They will then be replicated on BetaSeries. You'll find more information about TheMovieDB on our blog.
