How to sync my account with Netflix?

To link your Netflix account to your BetaSeries account, go to your settings (Profile information), where you can find all the external services you can link with BetaSeries. Once on the Netflix sync configuration page, you will be prompted to enter your Netflix credentials.

Note: we do not keep your credentials or your password; they are only needed to create the link to your account on the first connection. As with every new connection to your account, you will most likely receive an email from Netflix letting you know that a connection has been detected.

Once you have entered your credentials, you will be able to choose the Netflix profile you want to sync with your BetaSeries account. The sync will then start automatically and will run again every 1 to 4 hours depending on how often you watch on Netflix.

Automatically sync the episodes and movies you've watched

During the sync, the episodes you have watched on Netflix will then be marked as watched on BetaSeries as well. If you have started a new show, it will automatically be added to your BetaSeries account. The movies you have watched on Netflix will also be added to your BetaSeries account, whether or not you had already added these movies to your watchlist.

Syncing shows and episodes will not change your list of shows on BetaSeries. Your archived shows will stay archived, and if you are further along in a show on BetaSeries than on Netflix, the episodes will not be removed from your account either.
